Sci'llabilla was launched in 2017 by sisters Priscilla and Debbie (Bi-lla). Priscilla worked in fashion retail for more than 20 years before starting Billa. 

With dreams of reaching the local traditional handmade artisan from Indonesia and transform them into a modern contemporary clothing. 

The brand started small from pop up and word of mouth promotion both in Indonesia and Singapore. With all the personal touches and engagement to customers who became Billa lover. 

"After 3 years of being hands on with customers we didn't want to loose the special connection we had with shoppers and the ability to offer personalised style and fashion advice. 

This is why we have created Billa website to become the window of our future creation from Indonesia".
